1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using our website and purchasing products from Low Tide Local, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products, website, designs, photographs, logos, graphics, or other content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Low Tide Local sells apparel, accessories, and related merchandise.
Many of our products may be printed or produced to order. Product availability, colors, styles, sizes, designs, and pricing may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, garment material, printing process, and manufacturing variations.
Minor variations between product images and the finished product are not necessarily considered defects.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and account information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, payment issues, or unauthorized resale activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.
4. ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout, including:

• Size
• Color
• Quantity
• Shipping address
• Billing information
Because many Low Tide Local products are produced to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after it has entered production.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to help when possible, but changes are not guaranteed.
5. FINAL SALES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because our apparel and other products may be produced specifically for each order, all sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law or provided in our Refund Policy.
We generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Fit preferences
• Color preferences
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Accidental orders
• Customer ordering errors
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable product descriptions and size charts before purchasing.
Products that arrive damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or incorrect may qualify for replacement, refund, or another remedy in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Low Tide Local is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, supply-chain disruptions, incorrect customer addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Shipping practices and additional delivery information are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the applicable shipping carrier and Low Tide Local as soon as possible.
Claims involving lost, damaged, or missing shipments will be evaluated based on the circumstances of the order, carrier information, and applicable law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Low Tide Local name, logos, artwork, graphics, apparel designs, photographs, slogans, website content, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to Low Tide Local unless otherwise indicated.
This includes Low Tide Local branding and original designs appearing on our merchandise.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written authorization from Low Tide Local.
Purchasing a Low Tide Local product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property appearing on that product.
9. PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE
Products purchased through Low Tide Local are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed to by us.
Purchasing our products does not grant permission to reproduce our designs, manufacture products containing our artwork, or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes.
10. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful conduct.
You also may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, scrape protected content for unauthorized commercial purposes, impersonate another person, or violate the intellectual property rights of Low Tide Local or others.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted through Shopify and may use third-party companies to provide services such as payment processing, printing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and marketing.
Your interaction with certain third-party services may also be governed by those providers' applicable terms and policies.
Low Tide Local is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct promotions affected by errors, abuse, fraud, or technical problems.
13. USER CONTENT
If you submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content to Low Tide Local, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.
By submitting content to us, including by tagging us or using our hashtags on social media, you grant Low Tide Local a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and share that content in connection with operating and promoting our business, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.
We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at our discretion.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that every product description, price, photograph, promotion, shipping estimate, or other piece of website information will always be error-free.
